My Story

I’m Lena-Marie a registered dietitian and PCOS specialist

For years, I felt trapped in my own body, my skin broke out, my energy crashed, my moods shifted, and no matter how much I worked out, my body wouldn’t change.

When I was finally diagnosed with PCOS, everything suddenly made sense the cravings, fatigue, breakouts, and stubborn weight. But even with a name for it, I still didn’t know how to truly heal.

At the same time, I was building a demanding career in fashion retail. Leading teams and traveling constantly between Germany, Italy, and Greece. My life looked successful on the outside, but inside I felt exhausted and disconnected from myself.

I believed I was doing everything “right,” yet my body kept saying otherwise.

Eventually, I began creating systems that worked with my body. I learned how to nourish myself without guilt, move for strength instead of punishment, and shift my mindset from “all-or-nothing” to sustainable balance. Through that process, something deeper changed. I reconnected with myself.

And I became obsessed with helping other women feel that too. That’s why I completed my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York and became a certified Health Coach to fulfill my dream: Helping women feel healthy, confident, in love with their bodies and find their true selves again.
